Privacy Policy

Effective Date: June 16, 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to XJumper.

XJumper (“XJumper,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the XJumper software application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. Terms defined in our Terms of Service have the same meanings in this Privacy Policy unless otherwise stated.

2. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through:

  • our website;
  • the XJumper web application;
  • the XJumper Chrome extension;
  • customer support communications; and
  • other interactions related to the Service.

3. Definitions

Personal Information / Personal Data
Information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked to an individual.
Usage Data
Information automatically collected about how the Service is accessed and used.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
Small data files and related technologies used to operate the Service, remember preferences, analyze usage, and improve performance.
Third-Party Services
External providers we use to help deliver, maintain, analyze, secure, or support the Service.

4. Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide to Us

We may collect the following information you provide directly or through your use of the Service:

  • your X account username, display name, profile image, and other profile information made available through X authentication;
  • your email address;
  • account preferences and settings;
  • content you create, schedule, save, or manage through the Service;
  • information you provide when contacting support.

We do not collect or store your X password.

B. Information Collected Automatically

When you access or use the Service, we may automatically collect:

  • IP address;
  • browser type and version;
  • device type and operating system;
  • referring URLs;
  • pages viewed and features used;
  • timestamps, session duration, and interaction data;
  • error logs, crash data, and diagnostic information.

C. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to:

  • keep you signed in;
  • remember your preferences;
  • maintain account sessions;
  • measure usage and performance;
  • improve product functionality and user experience.

You may adjust certain browser settings to refuse cookies, but some parts of the Service may not function properly if you do so.

D. Desktop Agent and Data Stored on Your Device

If you install and run the XJumper desktop Agent, the Agent operates locally on your own device. To act on X on your behalf, the Agent launches a browser on your device in which you sign in to X yourself.

  • Your X login session, cookies, and browser profile created by the Agent are stored locally on your device. We do not receive or store your X password, and we do not store that login session or those cookies on our servers.
  • You can log out or remove this data at any time by clearing or deleting the Agent's local browser profile; doing so signs you out of X within the Agent.
  • The Agent reports operational metadata about the actions it performs through your account so that we can provide and secure the Service, diagnose failures, respond to support requests, and respond to inquiries or claims about your account. This metadata may include:
    • the action or task type (for example, post, reply, follow, unfollow, or direct message);
    • the target of the action (for example, the target account handle or the post / tweet identifier or URL);
    • scheduled and execution timestamps and the attempt count;
    • the success or failure status and any error, or platform risk signal returned by X (for example, a rate-limit, captcha, or locked-action signal);
    • the result identifier for a completed action (for example, the resulting post identifier or URL); and
    • the content of the action that the Agent published or sent on your behalf (for example, the text of a post, reply, or direct message), including AI-generated drafts where applicable.

Activity performed through your X account is recorded by X on its side as your account activity. Under our Terms of Service, you remain solely responsible for that activity and for any action X takes in response to it.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

  • provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
  • authenticate your account and enable X account connection;
  • support product features such as Auto DM, Auto Reply, Auto Follow, Scheduled Posts, AI-assisted writing, analytics, CRM, and related tools;
  • personalize your experience and save your settings;
  • communicate with you about your account, updates, billing, support, and product changes;
  • monitor usage trends and analyze product performance;
  • detect, investigate, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, misuse, security incidents, and technical issues;
  • enforce our Terms of Service and other legal rights;
  • comply with applicable law, regulations, legal process, and lawful requests.

6. Legal Bases and Regional Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain privacy rights under applicable law. These may include the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of the processing of your personal information, as well as the right to object to certain processing and request portability where applicable.

To exercise applicable privacy rights, please contact us at [email protected].

We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests.

7. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share personal information in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: with vendors and contractors that help us host, operate, secure, support, analyze, or improve the Service;
  • Legal Compliance: when required by law, legal process, subpoena, court order, or governmental request;
  • Protection of Rights: when necessary to protect the rights, property, safety, and security of XJumper, our users, or others;
  • Business Transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction;
  • With Your Direction or Consent: where you instruct us to share data or otherwise consent.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to:

  • provide the Service;
  • maintain account functionality;
  • comply with legal, tax, accounting, and reporting obligations;
  • resolve disputes;
  • enforce agreements; and
  • detect or prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

Usage Data and technical logs may be retained for shorter or longer periods depending on operational, security, legal, or business needs.

If you request deletion of your account or personal information, we will delete or de-identify eligible information from our active systems within a reasonable period, unless we need to retain certain information for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or other permitted business purposes.

9. Account and Data Deletion Requests

You may request deletion of your account and personal information by contacting us at [email protected].

Upon receiving and verifying a deletion request, we will take reasonable steps to:

  • delete or deactivate your account;
  • remove personal information from our active systems;
  • revoke or delete stored tokens or credentials associated with your X account connection, where applicable; and
  • delete or de-identify other personal information that is no longer needed.

Please note that we may retain limited information where necessary for:

  • legal compliance;
  • tax and accounting records;
  • payment, refund, and transaction documentation;
  • security, fraud-prevention, and abuse monitoring;
  • dispute resolution;
  • enforcement of our agreements; or
  • other purposes permitted by applicable law.

10. California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, California law may provide you with specific rights regarding your personal information, including the right to know, access, correct, and request deletion of certain personal information, subject to applicable exceptions. The California Attorney General describes these CCPA rights, including the right to request deletion, for covered businesses.

XJumper does not sell personal information.

To exercise applicable California privacy rights, please contact us at [email protected].

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your applicable privacy rights.

11. Do Not Track and Online Tracking Disclosure

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) setting. California law requires operators to disclose how they respond to DNT signals in their privacy policies.

At this time, the Service does not respond to browser DNT signals in a standardized way, because there is no consistent industry standard for compliance. However, you may be able to control certain tracking technologies through your browser settings or device settings.

Third parties, such as analytics or infrastructure providers, may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites or services, subject to their own privacy policies.

12. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. International and Cross-Border Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions that may have data protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction.

14. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

15. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may rely on or link to third-party services, including authentication, hosting, analytics, payment processing, browser extension platforms, and social media platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties, and their practices are governed by their own privacy policies.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the Service, by email, or by other appropriate means. The “Last Updated” date at the top indicates when this Privacy Policy was last revised.
